▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves (a) mixing oxidized graphene, carbon source and solvent uniformly to prepare an isolating reagent, (b) uniformly spreading a layer of isolating agent on a surface of a metal foil, (c) folding the metal foil spread with the isolation reagent and rolling, (d) repeating the steps (1)-(3) repeatedly until the thickness of metal foil is reduced to a nanometre level, and (e) subjecting the material obtained in step (4) to high-temperature annealing treatment to obtain a required brick mud structure metal nano cathode/carbon/graphene/carbon-graphenes. USE - Method for preparing a bendable integrated cathode based on metal nano sheet, which is useful in energy storage device such as lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the volume expansion of the alloy aluminum cathode in the charging and discharging process, at the same time, obtaining the integrated flexible electrode material. The metal nano-sheet-based foldable integrated cathode has excellent mechanical performance and good anti-expansion performance, so as to ensure the whole electrode structure is complete in a certain degree.
