▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nitrogen-doped graphene/silicon carbide microsphere nano composite comprises silicon carbide microspheres and nitrogen-doped graphene grown in the form of flakes on the surface of silicon carbide microspheres. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene/silicon carbide microsphere nano composite used as lubricating oil additive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene/silicon carbide microsphere nano composite is rapidly grow into a multilayer graphene and firmly grown on the surface of the microspheres, promotes the growth of the nuclear shell, and also promotes easy shearing ability of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for included for following: (1) a method for preparing a nitrogen-doped graphene/silicon carbide microsphere nanocomposite, which involves mixing a mixture of a polyether silane dissolved in petroleum ether and a liquid carbon-nitrogen-containing hydrogen compound in an inert atmosphere at a high temperature, and loading silicon carbide microsphere nanocomposite with nitrogen-doped graphene; and (2) a method for preparing a lubricating oil, which involves using a nitrogen-doped graphene/silicon carbide microsphere nanocomposite and adding to the base oil PAO-4 according to a mass ratio of 0.01-0.05 wt.% to prepare a lubricating oil.
