▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flexible substrate material comprises a graphene, a carbon fiber tube and a carbonized bacterial cellulose, where the graphene and the carbon fiber tube are uniformly dispersed in the carbonized bacterial cellulose. USE - Flexible substrate material for use in flexible battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible substrate material can be prepared in simple method and convenient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing flexible substrate material, which involves dissolving a water-soluble surfactant and sodium ferrocyanide in water to obtain a salt solution, immersing the carbonized bacterial cellulose in the salt solution, and reacting under heating, stirring and refluxing to obtain a composite hydrogel, washing with a washing solvent until the composite hydrogel appears transparent blue, absorbing water from the washed blue composite hydrogel for utilizing a water-absorbent material, immersing in the graphene oxide dispersion, repeating water absorption and soaking to obtain a composite hydrogel, and repeatedly washing the composite hydrogel with a detergent and removing an impurities, immersing the washed composite hydrogel in a vitamin C aqueous solution, and reacting under conditions of heating, stirring and refluxing to obtain a black composite hydrogel, freeze drying the black composite hydrogel to obtain a black composite aerogel, and after performing a pyrolysis reaction to obtain a black flexible material, immersing the black flexible material in a hydrochloric acid solution, and performing a liquid phase reaction under heating and stirring conditions to obtain the finished product.
