NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-high-frequency graphene conductive paste comprises dispersing graphene oxide and ultrasonic dispersion surfactant in aqueous solution for 15-25 minutes, etching the porous graphene oxide dispersion liquid with 3-6 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution, where the ratio of secondary alkyl sodium sulfate to water is (1-5):(20-25):(80-100), microwave processing porous graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding reduction agent to reduce, collecting precipitate, drying to obtain porous reduction graphene oxide, dissolving the porous reduced graphene oxide in water for 1-3 minutes, and ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 minutes to obtain the final product. USE - The paste is useful for electronic label i.e. RFID electronic label (claimed), public traffic management commercial retail, logistics management and anti-fake field. ADVANTAGE - The paste has high frequency and low dielectric properties, and avoids the generation of the sawtooth around the antenna.
