NOVELTY - The LED display substrate has a LED that is provided on the substrate. The LED is provided with a graphene layer placed on one side of the LED near the substrate. A self-assembled monomolecular layer is placed between the graphene layer and the substrate and connected to the graphene layer. USE - LED display substrate for use in display (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The monomolecular layer is provided with the graphene layer so as to increase the LED and the joint strength of the substrate.
