NOVELTY - The preparation method of a graphene oxide/carbon nitride three-dimensional composite material involves: calcining the nitrogen-containing organic matter under inert gas at 500-600 degrees Celsius for 1.8-2.5 hours to obtain graphitic-carbon nitride; and adding graphene oxide into distilled water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 3-4 hours until the graphene oxide is dissolved to obtain a graphene oxide solution, and then adding the graphitic-carbon nitride into the graphene oxide solution and obtaining a supernatant through ultrasonic self-assembly and standing for 24-30 hours, where the supernatant is the prepared graphene oxide/carbon nitride three-dimensional composite material. The nitrogen-containing organic substance in urea or melamine. The inert gas is nitrogen or helium. USE - Preparation method of a graphene oxide/carbon nitride three-dimensional composite material is useful in preparing a fluorescence sensor to detect norfloxacin antibiotic in the water body by an aggregation-induced emission mechanism (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fluorescence sensor constructed by the composite material can detect the norfloxacin antibiotic in different water samples. The sensor shows good selectivity, reproducibility and stability in detection of norfloxacin. The sensor preparation method is simple and cheap, and the detection speed is high, and the sample pretreatment is simple.
