NOVELTY - Preparing polycrystalline hybrid metal catalytic electrode film, supporting the metal organic framework and the iron-manganese composite nano-particles by the graphene oxide hybrid to synthesize a polycrystalline catalyst, using polyvinylidene fluoride as the electrode membrane support layer and filter layer, and conductive material as substrate for phase inversion preparation. USE - The method is useful for preparing polycrystalline hybrid metal catalytic electrode film, for sewage treatment (claimed), preferably heavy metal ions. ADVANTAGE - The polycrystalline hybrid metal catalytic electrode film promotes the active growth of electricity-producing microorganisms, improves the removal efficiency of organic pollution and anti-pollution ability of the membrane.
