NOVELTY - A vibration-proof pad comprises 40-60 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 20-40 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 23-26 pts. wt. fluoroether rubber, 0.1-15 pts. wt. graphene, 13-15 pts. wt. phenolic aldehyde resin, 1-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 12-15 pts. wt. semi-reinforcing furnace black, 10-12 pts. wt. calcined clay, 6-12 pts. wt. surface-treated Kevlar (RTM: chopped para-aramid synthetic fibers), 1-10 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-7 pts. wt. nano molybdenum disulfide, 1-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 4-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 1-5 pts. wt. accelerator. USE - Vibration-proof pad is used for electric generator. ADVANTAGE - The vibration-proof pad has excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance and impact resistance, and low noise. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of vibration-proof pad, which involves adding molybdenum disulfide to N-methylpyrrolidone such that the volume ratio of molybdenum disulfide and N-methyl pyrrolidone is 1-15 g:100 ml to form molybdenum disulfide suspension, ultrasonically stripping molybdenum disulfide suspension for 1-5 hours, preheating mixture at 70-80 degrees C in mixer, adding styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene, fluoroether rubber and phenolic resin to mixer for 22-24 minutes to form rubber material, cooling rubber material to 30-35 degrees C, adding molybdenum disulfide suspension, stirring and evenly mixing to obtain mixture (a), adding mixture (a) to reflux device, adding cyclohexane, stirring and evenly mixing mixture, adding hexane, heating and refluxing mixture for 30-40 minutes and filtering mixture to obtain solid mixture, drying solid mixture with hot nitrogen, transferring mixture to reactor, adding graphene, semi-reinforcing furnace black, calcined clay, carbon black, surface-treated Kevlar (RTM: chopped para-aramid synthetic fibers) and silane coupling agent, heating mixture at 50-60 degrees C under atmosphere of inert gas protection, reacting and stirring for 120-150 minutes to obtain intermediate, adding antioxidant to obtained intermediate, adding zinc oxide and additive to mixture, evenly mixing at 90-100 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, vulcanizing rubber material and removing vulcanized product.
