NOVELTY - Oxidized graphite alkene nano-hybridized material, has graphene oxide modified titanium dioxide nanowire surface having silver-indium-sulfide (AgInS2) nanoparticles. USE - Oxidized graphite alkene nano-hybridized material. ADVANTAGE - The preparation has simple operation, wide source of raw material and low manufacturing cost, and the prepared nano-hybridized material is non-toxic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-hybridized material comprising uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in oleic acid, adding octadecene and amine oil, mixing; slowly adding graphene oxide mixed solution into indium precursor indium diethyl dithiocarbamate (In(DEDC)3), oleic acid, and silver precursor silver diethyl dithiocarbamate (Ag(DEDC)) solution, adequately agitating, moving to reaction kettle, cooling, adding anhydrous ethanol, carrying out deposition, centrifugally washing precipitate, and drying to obtain sample.
