NOVELTY - Thermoplastic elastomer comprises 30-70 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride composition (comprised of 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 30-70 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer and 0.5-2 pts. wt. lubricant), and 30-70 pts. wt. rubber composition (comprised of 100 pts. wt. rubber, 10-60 pts. wt. resin, 10-60 pts. wt. reinforcing filler and 10-100 pts. wt. heat-conducting filler), and rubber in the rubber composition comprises 10-70 pts. wt. carboxylated rubber and 30-90 pts. wt. epoxy rubber. USE - The thermoplastic elastomer is useful for coating ship pipeline and or controlling structure resonance and noise. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic elastomer: has high damping and high heat conduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thermoplastic elastomer, comprising (i) adding 30-70 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride composition (comprised of 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 30-70 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer and 0.5-2 pts. wt. lubricant), 30-70 pts. wt. rubber composition (comprised of 100 pts. wt. rubber, 10-60 pts. wt. resin, 10-60 pts. wt. reinforcing filler and 10-100 pts. wt. heat-conducting filler), and rubber in the rubber composition comprises 10-70 pts. wt. carboxylated rubber and 30-90 pts. wt. epoxy rubber; (ii) mixing polyvinyl chloride, plasticizer, heat stabilizer and lubricant of step (i) preparing material, preparing polyvinyl chloride premix; (iii) mixing rubber, resin, reinforcing filler and heat conducting filler according to the weight ratio of step (i) preparing material, preparing rubber master batch; and (iv) reacting the polyvinyl chloride premix with rubber master batch to obtain the polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic elastomer..
