▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polytetrafluoroethylene composite material, comprises (i) taking graphite fluoride powder as raw material and preparing fluorinated graphene with oxygen-containing groups using improved Hummers method, (ii) uniformly mixing polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion emulsion with fluorinated graphene with oxygen containing group to obtain mixture, (iii) pre-treating the inorganic filler with a coupling agent to obtain a modified inorganic filler coated with reactive groups on the surface, (iv) uniformly mixing the mixture obtained in step (ii) and modified inorganic filler obtained in step (iii) to obtain resin glue solution, and (v) adding resin glue solution into demulsifier for demulsification, then filtering the solid and drying to obtain polytetrafluoroethylene composite material. USE - The polytetrafluoroethylene composite material is useful for preparing copper clad laminate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The copper clad laminate has excellent dielectric properties, excellent adhesion with copper foil, no cracks in the product, and high qualification rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) polytetrafluoroethylene composite material obtained by above method; (2) use method of polytetrafluoroethylene composite material, comprising (A) adding the lubricant to polytetrafluoroethylene composite material and soaking it until the lubricant is completely infiltrated into polytetrafluoroethylene composite material, and then extruding and calendering it to form a sheet, and (B) drying the sheet to remove the lubricant, and then cover the upper and lower sides with copper foil, and heat-pressing and sintering in a hot press to obtain copper clad laminate; and (3) copper clad laminate, the copper clad laminate is a copper clad laminate obtained by hot pressing and sintering in a hot press on the upper and lower sides of a sheet made by calendering the polytetrafluoroethylene composite material.
