▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing gas sensor of graphene/tungsten disulfide involves depositing an insulating layer on the upper surface of the substrate, ultrasonic cleaning of the substrate, depositing tooth-shaping electrodes with controllable thickness and shape on the surface of the insulating layer, using wet transfer to transfer the graphene layer to the surface of the tooth-shaping electrode flatly, preparing 10mg/ml tungsten disulfide suspension, applying 1-2 drops suspension to the graphene surface with a pipette gun, drying at room temperature, and drying at 60℃. USE - Method for preparing gas sensor of graphene/tungsten disulfide used to ammonia, nitrogen monoxide gas detection and in field field-effect transistor, lithium battery and photovoltaic power generation. ADVANTAGE - The method has wide detection object, and high sensitivity, in cost-effective manner.
