NOVELTY - Graphene-nano-copper composite thermal film is claimed. It is obtained by copper particles and multi-graphene, and the diameter of the copper particles is in the nanometer level, evenly distributing in the nanometer level between the two adjacent graphene layers. USE - Graphene-nano-copper composite thermal film useful heat dissipation of electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - Graphene-nano-copper composite thermal film can effectively increase its longitudinal thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene-nano-copper composite thermal film comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide film;(ii) preparing an electro-deposited graphene oxide film on the graphene oxide film by an electroplating process, (iii) vacuum-drying, annealing and reducing the electro-deposited graphene film to obtain graphene-nanometer copper composite film, and (iv) hot pressing and annealing.
