▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Plasma repairing 622 type ternary lithium battery cathode graphite involves (i) disassembling the waste 622-type lithium battery to obtain the battery waste anode and waste graphite cathode, (ii) taking a certain amount of anode powder and waste graphene, compacting the cathode and placing in a repair chamber, (iii) maintaining the temperature in the repair chamber at 318-323℃ by using plasma as heat source, (iv) connecting the compacted waste anode and cathode to form an external circuit, (v) eluting the electrolyte component with methanol after repairing the cathode graphite, using pure water to wash off various lithium salts decomposed by the solid electrolyte interphase film to obtain the product 1 battery-grade anode graphite, and (vi) rectifying the electrolyte solution eluted with methanol to remove methanol to obtain product 2 electrolyte and evaporating and drying the lithium salt eluted with pure water to obtain product 3 lithium miscellaneous salt. USE - The method is useful for plasma repairing 622 type ternary lithium battery cathode graphite. ADVANTAGE - The method removes the impurity of the lithium-ion battery waste graphite and repairs the capacity attenuation and deformation, has good cycle stability when recycling the preparation battery cathode. The current generated in the reaction can be recycled to the repairing process through the external circuit, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the graphite repairing cathode, and converts the chemical energy of the repairing reaction.
