NOVELTY - Graphene/tetrapod-shaped zinc oxide whisker high-temperature-resistant nanoceramic paint comprises 50-65 pts. wt. nano-alumina sol, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. modified four needle zinc oxide whisker, 5-8 pts. wt. polyester modified silicone resin, 3-7 pts. wt. zirconium diboride ceramic closed-cell hollow microspheres, 2-5 pts. wt. polycrystalline mullite fiber, 2-4.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-3.5 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 3-5 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - Used as graphene/tetrapod-shaped zinc oxide whisker high-temperature-resistant nanoceramic paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: is beautiful and dense; and high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance and has excellent adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene/tetrapod-shaped zinc oxide whisker high-temperature-resistant nanoceramic paint, comprising (i) dissolving the silane coupling agent in acetone, then adding graphene, modified four-needle zinc oxide whiskers, zirconium diboride ceramic closed-cell hollow microspheres, polycrystalline mullite fiber, and stirring at room temperature for 60-90 minutes, then vacuum dry at 60-70 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, then placing at 120-135 degrees C for 60-90 minutes to obtain pretreatment mixture, and (ii) placing the polyester modified silicone resin and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate in the mixing tank, adding the dispersant, pretreatment mixture and ethylene glycol in sequence at 300-400 revolutions/minutes (rpm), adding nano alumina sol and leveling agent, uniformly mixing, stirring at speed of 800-1000 for 20-30 minutes, and uniformly dispersing to obtain high temperature resistant nano ceramic paint.
