▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of polyethylene porous separator involves dispersing graphene in a liquid low-molecular substance, mixing the liquid low-molecular substance in which the graphene is dispersed with polyethylene, and removing the liquid low-molecular substance from the obtained mixture. The usage amount of graphene is 0.03-35 pts. wt. with respect to 100 pts. wt. of polyethylene. USE - Manufacture of polyethylene porous separator used for secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of polyethylene porous separator having high strength, improved physical property, stability, porosity, puncture strength and heat resistance by adding carbon material to polyethylene, and low heat shrinkage rate and air permeability.
