NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing ferric oxide/graphene composite in a solvent, and adding ascorbic acid, lithium hydroxide and phosphoric acid and precursor solution into a reactor. Solvent thermal reaction is carried out at 90 to 350 degree Celsius. Ferric hydroxide/graphene oxide suspension is obtained. USE - Lithium iron phosphate/graphene nano-composite material preparation method.
