▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Oxygen-doped nano-graphene compound with multiple Fjord edge structure (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful: in preparing semiconductor electronic devices, biological imaging, energy storage and spin materials; and in organic semiconductor materials and organic spintronic devices (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I): has optical and electrical properties, which can be adjusted by changing the size of the molecular conjugate and the length of the Fjord edge structure; has stable chiral helical opening structure, strong near-infrared absorption, narrow highest occupied molecular orbital-lowest unoccupied molecular orbital band gap, and multiple reversible redox properties; and has excellent hole mobility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Oxygen-doped nano-graphene compound with multiple Fjord edge structure of formula (I) is new. R1and R3= H, -Cl, -Br, -I, -CN, -CF3, 1-24C alkyl, 3-24C cycloalkyl, 1-24C alkoxy, 1-24C alkyl substituted aryl, halogenated 1-24C alkyl, halogenated 3-24C cycloalkyl, halogenated 1-24C alkoxy, ester, aminoacyl or -NO2; R2= electron-withdrawing substituent; X1= O, S or NR; R = H or 1-24C alkyl; and n = ≥ 1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of (I).
