NOVELTY - The system has multiple light emitting chips (101) arranged on a bearing substrate (10). A balance holding mechanism is provided with a balance area (201). A balance laser system (202) is set around the balance area. A chip stripping mechanism (21) and the bearing substrate are located above the balance area. The chip stripping mechanism is configured to peel off a target light emitting chip from the bearing substrate. The balance laser system is configured to provide a symmetrical laser emitted to the balance area. A side surface of a graphene light emitting chip is set on a surface of the symmetrical laser under an irradiation of a balance gravity of an action force. The balance laser system is configured to reduce a power of the symmetrical laser to reduce a force, so that the target light emitting chip falls to a vacancy position of a driving back plate located below the balance area. USE - System for repairing a display panel. ADVANTAGE - The power of the symmetrical laser is reduced by balancing the laser system to reduce the acting force, so that the target light emitting chip falls to the position of the driving backplate, which can make the light-emitting chip in the transfer process, does not need to be with repairing device for contact, which reduces the risk of damage of the light emitting chips when repairing.
