NOVELTY - A high-performance anticorrosive coating of nano-titanium-doped modified graphene, comprises 35-50 pts. wt., 43 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 25-35 pts. wt., 30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 200-300 pts. wt., 250 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt., 3 pts. wt. cosolvent, 1-5 pts. wt., 3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-5 pts. wt., 2.5 pts. wt. curing agent and 30-50 pts. wt., 40 pts. wt. water. USE - High-performance anticorrosive coating of nano-titanium-doped modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent water-repellent properties, uniform dispersion, achieve the protective effect of layer-by-layer overlap, improves the compactness and integrity, and has enhanced the anti-oxidation and anticorrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the nano-titanium-doped modified graphene high-performance anticorrosive coating, which involves (1) mixing nano titanium dioxide and epoxy resin, and pre-dispersing them with a high-speed disperser to prepare a dispersion, (2) fully grinding the dispersion, (3) mixing the ground material, modified graphene and curing agent, stirring using a mixer to stir for 15-30 minutes to prepare a semi-finished anticorrosive coating, and (4) filtering the semi-finished products of anti-corrosion coatings with filters.
