NOVELTY - Processing pedestal involves mixing and casting base raw material. The base raw material comprises 22-35 wt.% molybdenum powder, 10-15 wt.% carbon powder, 15-20 wt.% iron powder, 3-6 wt.% copper powder, 2-6 wt.% chromium powder, 2-6 wt.% titanium powder, 1-3 wt.% quartz, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene and aluminum powder. The base is demolded and forged, cooled and cleaned, and blanked and chamfered. The machine is used to chamfer angle. The hardness detection is formed. The finished product is punched and detected. USE - Method for processing pedestal used for improving production efficiency. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improve hardness, high temperature resistance, production efficiency, qualification rate and quality.
