NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a mixture of silicon solution and graphite oxide solution by a modified Hummer method, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion. Natural air drying on an upper-layer filter film is carried out in air. A silicon-oxidation graphene film is taken off from the filter film. A quartz boat is placed in a tubular furnace containing argon hydrogen mixed gas, and gas flow rate is controlled. The upper-layer film is calcined at temperature of 550-850 degrees centigrade for 3 hours to obtain silicon-graphene composition material for the lithium ion battery cathode material. USE - Silicon-graphene composite material preparation method for a lithium ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing simple preparation process and large-scale industrial production, and avoiding the need for a conductive additive and a binder.
