NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based masterbatch, involves crushing poly(ethylene terephthalate), sieving using 50-80 mesh sieve to obtain poly(ethylene terephthalate) powder, mixing poly(ethylene terephthalate) powder with graphene material, stirring continuously, mixing obtained mixed material and buffer, placing in circulation boiler, carrying out heat treatment, increasing boiler temperature, dispersing uniformly, cooling obtained slurry and granulating. USE - Preparation of graphene-based masterbatch for military requirements and aircraft cables. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-based masterbatch with excellent flexibility and physical property.
