DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite fabric includes two layers of flame-retardant fabrics and a gel layer, where the gel layer is located between the two layers of flame-retardant fabrics. The thickness of the gel layer and flame-retardant fabric is 2:1. The components of the gel layer include: 20 pts. wt. pretreatment solution, 40 pts. wt. cotton velvet, 6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 14 pts. wt. pyrrole, and 15 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide. The flame-retardant fabric is prepared from cotton fabric, modified cellulose solution, sodium phytate solution, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane solution, and chitosan solution. The raw materials of the components of the modified cellulose solution include: 15 pts. wt. urea, 2 pts. wt. lignin fiber, 15 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, 20 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, and 20 pts. wt. absolute ethanol. The pretreatment solution includes sodium hydroxide, urea and water, and the volume ratio of the sodium hydroxide, urea and water is 1:1.5:10. The preparation steps of the composite fabric include: (a) preparing a flame-retardant fabric and a gel layer, (b) taking the gel layer and spreading it flat on the dispenser, using the upper surface of the gel layer to dispense the flame-retardant hot melt adhesive through the dispensing roller, laying the flame-retardant fabric on the gel layer, rolling and pressing with the pressure roller, where during rolling, the rolling pressure is 6 kPa, the rolling temperature is 90 degrees C, and the curing is 24 hours, and (c) turning the gel layer over, laying it flat, and repeating the step (b) to obtain a composite fabric with a flame-retardant fabric, a gel layer, and a flame-retardant fabric from the bottom up. The preparation steps of the flame-retardant fabric include: (a1) taking urea, stirring at 140 degrees C until the urea is in a molten state, sequentially adding lignin fiber and phosphoric acid, and stirring for 10 minutes, raising the temperature to 150 degrees C, reacting for 5 hours, collecting the solid materials and placing in sodium hydroxide solution, stirring for 10 minutes, adding absolute ethanol, filtering and concentrating to obtain a modified cellulose solution, (b1) taking the chitosan solution and adjusting the pH to 5 with concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain solution (A), taking the 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane solution and adjusting the pH to 3 with concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain solution (B), and (c1) taking the cotton fabric and solution (A), putting the cotton fabric in solution (A), soaking for 30 minutes, washing and drying, and then putting it in the modified cellulose solution, soaking for 10 minutes, washing and drying, then putting it in solution (B), soaking for 30 minutes, washing and drying, then putting it in sodium phytate solution, soaking for 5 minutes, washing and drying, and (d1) repeating the step (c1) for 4 times to obtain a flame-retardant fabric. The preparation steps of the gel layer include: taking sodium hydroxide, urea and water, stirring and mixing for 10 minutes, and then pre-freezing at 12 degrees C for 30 minutes to obtain a pretreatment solution; taking the cotton velvet, tearing it into a fluffy state, placing it in the pretreatment solution, stirring for 5 minutes, and cutting it by a shearing machine for 20 minutes to obtain material (C); and taking graphene oxide and pyrrole, mixing and stirring for 20 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide, continuously stirring for 10 minutes, after stirring, placing in a reactor and reacting at 180 degrees C for 6 hours, after reacting, adding the material (C), stirring for 10 minutes, then soaking in deionized water for 10 hours, pre-cooling for 24 hours after soaking, and drying for 48 hours in a vacuum drying oven under the drying temperature of the vacuum drying oven of -50 degrees C to obtain a gel layer.
