ADVANTAGE - The composite polymer electrolyte membrane has excellent durability and performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing composite polymer electrolyte membrane, which involves impregnating porous fluorine-based polymer support with perfluorinated sulfonated polymer solution to perfluorinated sulfonated pores of porous fluorine-based polymer support, filling with polymer and forming perfluorinated sulfonated polymer film on the outer surface, coating nano-hole graphene sheet on porous fluorine-based polymer support on which perfluorinated sulfonated polymer film is formed on outer surface; (2) a membrane electrode assembly, which comprises composite polymer electrolyte membrane; and (3) a fuel cell, which comprises membrane electrode assembly.
