▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite comprises 50-97 wt.% thermoplastic resin which comprises polyester; and 3-15 wt.% carbon-based filler which has a primary surface area of 500-1000 m2/g. The composite exhibits a dielectric constant ( epsilon ') of 5-30 and a dissipation loss ( epsilon '') of 0.5-45, measured at frequencies of 10-120 GHz. A molded sample of the composite exhibits a percent reflected power measured in transmission mode of greater than or equal to 15% when observed according to a Free Space method at frequencies of 75-110 GHz. Combined weight percent value of all components does not exceed 100 wt.%, and all weight percent values are based on the total weight of the composite. USE - A composite for autoradar sensor for electromagnetic radiation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite exhibits microwave absorptive properties. The thermoplastic-based carbon-filled materials are rigid and have high modulus that maintain a certain shape when molded.
