▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electronic component has a sub-device which is provided with one substrate (Gsub) consisting of a first layer region (GB1) and a second layer region (GB2). First layer region and second layer region are arranged one above the other. A common first interface is arranged between first layer region and second layer region. The first layer region is formed of graphite with a first stacking sequence of three graphene layers. Second layer region is formed of graphite with second stacking sequence of graphene layers. The total stacking sequence is formed of the first stacking sequence of the first layer region and the second stacking sequence of the second layer region, and the common interface is not corresponded to the first stacking sequence of the first layer region. The portion of the total stacking sequence is provided with superconducting properties comprising a transition temperature or a critical magnetic flux density at 77 K. USE - Electrical or optical or magnetic or electronic component such as magnetic field-sensitive electronic component such as giant magneto-resistance (GMR) resistor and anisotropic magneto-resistive (AMR) sensor, and semiconducting electronic component such as diode, transistor and resistor. ADVANTAGE - The electronic component is manufactured in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for transporting electric charge carriers through component.
