▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Solar selective absorbent coating comprises a base layer, an infra-red reflecting layer, an absorbing layer and a reflection reducing layer. The absorbing layer comprises one layer of graphene material absorbing layer. USE - Solar selective absorbent coating for solar heat collector (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solar selective absorbent coating has high light absorption ratio to more than 0.98, low transmission rate with ratio to less than 0.01 and high photo-thermal conversion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing solar selective absorbent coating, which involves: (A) providing a substrate material and covering an infra-red reflecting layer on the base material; (B) forming graphene material absorbing layer; (C) forming absorption layer of the design structure to form a graphene-like material of absorption layer; and (D) exposing the substrate by oxidizing surface and covering infra-red reflecting layer by magnetic control sputtering, evaporation, chemical vapor deposition or electroplating to form graphene-based material absorbing layer.
