▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene bridged oxide ceramic comprises matrix ceramic nanoparticles and three-dimensional graphene. The three-dimensional graphene uniformly coats the outer layer of the matrix ceramic nanoparticle. The weight of three-dimensional graphene is 0.5-4%. USE - Used as three-dimensional graphene bridged oxide ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The method improves dielectric and thermoelectric performance of composite ceramic material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing three-dimensional graphene bridged oxide ceramic, comprising (1) preparing a matrix ceramic powder slurry having volume fraction of 35%, adjusting pH value, and mixing with lignocellulosic slurry to obtain a mixed slurry, (2) wet-milling the mixed slurry, rapidly cooling and freeze-drying to obtain lignocellulose and matrix ceramic nano-composite ceramic powder, and (3) placing the nanocomposite ceramic powder in a graphite mold and performing vacuum discharge plasma sintering to control the heating rate at 80-100 degrees C/minute, final sintering at 1250-1500 degrees C, and increasing contact pressure to 5-15 MPa to 60-100 MPs for 3-60 minutes to obtain three-dimensional graphene bridged oxide ceramic.
