NOVELTY - The method (100) involves dispersing (110) a first quantity of graphene oxide in a fluid to form a cleaning fluid. A first electronic portion is washed with the cleaning fluid. The cleaning fluid is tested for a concentration of ions. The ion concentration is above a threshold that is determined. The cleaning fluid is replaced based on determining that the ion concentration is not below the threshold. A portion of the cleaning fluid is calculated that can need to be replaced to bring the ion concentration below the threshold. The portion of the cleaning fluid is replaced to bring the ion concentration of the cleaning fluid below a predetermined level. USE - Method for dispersing graphene oxide in fluid and washing first electronic portion with cleaning fluid for circuit boards used in electronic and computer devices for ionic contaminant cleaning. ADVANTAGE - The rapid elasticity has capabilities that can be rapidly and elastically provisioned to automatically quickly scale out and rapidly released to quickly scale in.
