NOVELTY - The graphene super surface (2) has a graphene patch that is mounted at a center point of a surface of a quartz medium plate, and is mounted on a surface of the quartz medium plate at a rotation angle. A metal floor is mounted on a lower surface of the quartz dielectric plate. The center point of the graphene patch coincides with a center point of the quartz dielectric plate. The rotation angle of the graphene patch of each graphene unit is mounted on the surface of the quartz dielectric plate that is determined by the reflection phase distribution at various positions of the graphene super surface. The reflection phase at each position of the graphene super surface distribution is calculated by specific formula with predetermined measures. USE - Graphene super surface for generating spin eddy wave. ADVANTAGE - The super-surface of the graphene realizes the full-phase regulation of the spin eddy wave, and the phase of the generated vortex wave is more accurate, and thus improves the performance of the vortex wave.
