NOVELTY - The lamp has an LED chip (3) adhered with a surface of an aluminum substrate (2), where another surface of the substrate is fixed with a lamp holder (1). A lens (4) is fixedly connected to the lamp holder. The LED chip is covered between the lens and the lamp holder. A lampshade (5) is fixedly connected to the lamp holder. The lens is placed between the lampshade and the lamp holder. An outer side of the lamp holder is installed with multiple radiating fins through a graphene phenolic resin material by integral plastic molding way. The lamp shade i.e. polycarbonate lamp shade. The lens i.e. organic glass lens. USE - Electric vehicle LED head lamp for heat dissipation of a graphene heat conducting plastic structure. ADVANTAGE - The lamp has better heat-dissipating effect, and is simple to manufacture. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of an electric vehicle LED head lamp.
