▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves operating a crossflow membrane at vacuum permeate pressure to remove the bulk of the carbon dioxide, followed by a membrane which operates with a counter-current air sweep on the permeate side. The two stage compression of permeate and liquefying carbon dioxide using a carbon dioxide liquefaction unit that liquefies carbon dioxide out the bottom and produces carbon dioxide-rich vapor and recycling permeate of polishing membrane. The crossflow membrane and polishing membrane are hollow fiber membranes selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene , polyvinylidene difluoride, polysulfone, PEBAX, PDMS, polyimide, carbon molecular sieve, graphene oxide, mixed matrix, zeolites, metal organic frameworks and polyetherimide. USE - Method for capturing carbon dioxide produced from a fluid catalytic crack regenerator (FCC) regenerator flue gas in a refinery-based combustion system. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the input of energy required to capture carbon dioxide from the fluid catalytic cracker (FCC) regenerator using select membranes. The method controls carbon dioxide emissions from combustion processes and streams, and eliminates the use of a polishing membrane. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a membrane process may be integrated with a FCC regenerator.
