NOVELTY - A porous ceramic support graphene film preparation method involves preparing a silane-modified solution using organic solvent. An inorganic ceramic support body is put in the silane-modified solution and processed for 1-4 hours. The resulting solution is put in oven to obtain silane-modified inorganic ceramic support body. Graphene material is dispersed in solvent and stirred, and ultrasonically dispersed. The silane modified inorganic ceramic support body is coated by using a dipping coating pulling method. The coated ceramic support body is treated in an oven to obtain the graphene film. USE - Method for preparing a porous ceramic support graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the porous ceramic support graphene film in a simple and economical manner with wide range of application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A porous ceramic support graphene film preparation method involves preparing a silane-modified solution using organic solvent. An inorganic ceramic support body is put in the silane-modified solution and processed for 1-4 hours at a temperature of 80-100 degrees C. The resulting solution is put in oven and processed for 2-6 hours at a temperature of 100-120 degrees C to obtain silane-modified inorganic ceramic support body. Graphene material is dispersed in solvent and stirred for 5-10 hours, and ultrasonically dispersed for 5-30 minutes to obtain a coating liquid. The silane modified inorganic ceramic support body is coated by using a dipping coating pulling method, where the coating time is 20-60 seconds. The coated ceramic support body is treated in an oven at 30-80 degrees C to obtain the graphene film.
