▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing ceramic tiles with fine surface by using recycled waste as raw material comprises (i) adding tile waste into 4-8 times the hydrochloric acid solution for stirring reaction treatment and washing with water and drying; (ii) adding 5-9 times the modified treatment agent and ultrasonically dispersing, washing with water and drying to obtain pretreated ceramic tile waste; (iii) adding pretreated tile waste, mullite burnt talc and 4 modified wollastonite into a mixer and mixing thoroughly to obtain a premix; and (iv) adding into a mold for pressing and molding, then sintering, polishing and waxing. USE - The method is useful for preparing ceramic tiles with fine surface by using recycled waste as raw material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared ceramic tile has excellent fine and exquisite, smooth feeling, at the same time, low heat conducting coefficient, the touch will not cool, it has efficient synergistic effect fruit performance.
