NOVELTY - The heater has a semi-conductor heating board (2) fixed with a heating pipe (5) and a P-type semiconductor. An N-type semiconductor and the P-type semiconductor are provided with a uniform graphene and a graphite particle. The heating pipe is fixed with a graphite alkene heat guide part (6). A heat insulation layer (11) is formed on the heating pipe. A heating cavity is formed on a water inlet (3) and a water outlet (4). A power source unit is provided with a regulating power flow size and an electric current regulating unit. USE - Semiconductor water heater.
