NOVELTY - Metallurgical solid waste body pigment filler having flame retardant and rust-preventing properties comprises 1-5 wt.% phosphoric acid solution, 46-66 wt.% steel slag powder, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 1-3 wt.% highly effective dispersant and 30-50 wt.% red mud ultrafine powder, the concentration of phosphoric acid solution is 80-90%, the steel slag micropowder is hot slag powder, quenched slag powder, molten iron desulfurization slag powder, casting residual slag powder, converter hot slag powder, converter drum slag powder, electric furnace hot slag powder, and electric furnace drum slag powder, the graphene is analytically pure, the highly effective dispersant is mixture of stearic acid and silane coupling agent KH550, the mass ratio of stearic acid and silane coupling agent KH550 is 1:3-3:1, the stearic acid and silane coupling agent KH550 are analytical grade. USE - The method is useful for metallurgical solid waste body pigment filler having flame retardant and rust-preventing properties. ADVANTAGE - The method: saves energy; and is environmentally friendly and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing metallurgical solid waste body pigment filler having flame retardant and rust-preventing properties comprising (i) mixing phosphoric acid solution and steel slag powder at normal temperature using thermostatic magnetic stirrer, stirring at 750-1000 revolutions/minute for 6-8 hours to obtain porous steel slag micropowder, (ii) mixing highly effective dispersant with red mud ultrafine powder under normal temperature by constant temperature magnetic stirrer, and stirring at 750-1000 revolutions/minute for 6-8 hours to obtain modified red mud ultrafine powder, (iii) mixing graphene and modified red mud ultrafine powder at normal temperature using constant temperature magnetic stirrer, and stirring at 500-750 revolutions/minute for 4-6 hours to obtain graphene-modified red mud mixed ultrafine powder, mixing porous steel slag powder and graphene-modified red mud mixed ultrafine powder by a constant temperature magnetic stirrer at normal temperature and vacuum of 0.03-0.09 MPa, stirring at 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 8-12 hours to obtain metallurgical solid waste body pigment filler having flame retardant and rust-preventing properties.
