NOVELTY - Graphene growing device comprises a chamber, a dome having a closed space and a susceptor (230) arranged within the chamber, a raw material supplying unit for supplying the material gas into the susceptor and arranged within the dome, and a heater for heating the dome. The raw material supplying unit comprises a head for supplying raw material gas from outside of dome, and a nozzle for injecting the raw material gas along direction of susceptor from head and asymmetrically arranged at center of susceptor to discharge raw material gas a injection port (265a). USE - The device is useful in organic light emitting device and transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The device grows graphene with uniform thickness and excellent quality.
