NOVELTY - A pretreatment method for graphene detection in blood, involves: initially digesting the blood sample with an acid mixed oxidation digestion solution under microwave, and then heating and evaporating to remove the remaining acid mixed oxidation digestion solution. USE - Pretreatment method for graphene detection in blood. ADVANTAGE - The method preliminarily digests the blood sample by using the acid mixed oxidation digestion solution, and then heats and evaporates the remaining acid mixed oxidation digestion solution after microwave digestion to complete the pretreatment of the graphene detection in the blood sample. The method realizes the pretreatment of blood samples without destroying graphene, achieves the purpose of qualitative or quantitative characterization of graphene, and fills the gap in blood sample analysis technology in graphene health hazard research.
