NOVELTY - Preparing nano metal tin/sulfonated graphene modified electrode comprises synthesizing sulfonated graphene oxide (SGO), tin nano particles/sulfonated graphene (SnNPs/SRGO) synthesis and tin nano particles/sulfonated graphene modified electrode (SnNPs/SRGO/GCE) preparation, the SnNPs/SRGO synthesis is stirring aqueous solution of sulfonated graphene oxide (SGO) and hydrochloric acid solution of stannous chloride in water bath, adding water and hydrazine hydrate, reacting, centrifuging, and washing. USE - The nano-metal tin/sulfonated graphene modified electrode is useful for detecting paracetamol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The SnNPs/SRGO/GCE has high detection sensitivity for paracetamol, and has detection limit of 0.06 mu M. The paracetamol has linear relationship with the response current in the concentration range of 0.50-500 mu M, has good performance stability, has peak current of 97.2%, and has good selectivity and strong anti-interference ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for using method, comprising using 0.2 mol/l phosphate buffered saline buffer solution to obtain paracetamol to be tested solution, the pH is 6.5, using the nano metal tin/sulfonated graphene modified electrode for voltampere circulation scanning, the scanning potential range is 0-0.8 V, and the scanning speed is 0.05 Vs-1.
