▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous chromium-free conductive coating comprises 10-40 wt.% metal zinc powder, 1-10 wt.% conductive powder, 1-5 wt.% emulsifier, 5-20 wt.% cosolvent, 2-15 wt.% silane coupling agent, 1-5 wt.% titanate coupling agent, 0.1-2 wt.% corrosion inhibitor, 0.05-1 wt.% thickener and 10-50 wt.% deionized water. USE - Aqueous chromium-free conductive coating used in automobiles, household appliances, ships, petroleum, chemical engineering, rail applications and traffic industries. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous chromium-free conductive coating does not contain hexavalent chromium, lead, mercury, cadmium heavy metal ion compounds, benzene, xylene and other volatile toxic solvents, and has excellent conductivity without affecting the stability and salt performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous chromium-free conductive coating, which involves (s1) dispersing metal zinc powder and conductive powder in a cosolvent, uniformly stirring, adding silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent and defoamer, and stirring for 3-8 hours, (s2) dispersing the emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor in deionized water for 30-80 minutes, and (s3) mixing the prepared substances, adding thickener, and stirring for 6-10 hours.
