NOVELTY - Preparing metal fluorine salt modified lead bromide cesium base material/carbon composite electrode material comprises taking cesium lead bromide base material, metal fluorine salt and carbon material as initial raw material, firstly, mixing cesium lead bromide base material with metal fluorine salt, heat treatment, and mixing with carbon material and low melting point fluorine salt, and carrying out heat treatment, to obtain metal fluorine salt modified cesium lead bromide base material/carbon composite electrode material, the cesium lead bromide base material is lead bromide cesium or mixture mainly containing cesium lead bromide, the metal fluorine salt is lithium fluoride, sodium fluoride, potassium fluoride, calcium fluoride, magnesium fluoride, strontium fluoride, barium fluoride, ferrous fluoride and low melting point fluorine salt and low melting pointfluorine salt, the low melting point fluorine salt is stannous fluoride, germanium fluoride and antimony fluoride.
