NOVELTY - The electrode has a schottky contact electrode made of graphene and a graphene-made contact electrode that contains 1 to 20 layers of graphite monoatomic layer. The graphene-made contact electrode contains multiple graphite monoatomic layers. The gallium nitride biochemical sensor part is made to clean for 8 to 12 minutes with pure carbon tetrachloride and pure acetone at a temperature of 60 to 80 degrees centigrade. USE - Contact electrode for a gallium nitride schottky biochemical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The contact electrode ensures the schottky contact of the graphene and gallium nitride base material, and satisfies the requests of a biochemical sensor featured with high sensitivity, low noise, heat-resisting, low cost and non-toxic by using the excellent features of the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a contact electrode for a gallium nitride schottky biochemical sensor.
