▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube crosslinked composite material comprises three-dimensional graphene frame and carbon nanotubes growing in the three-dimensional graphene frame. The carbon nanotube is inserted in three dimensional graphene frame, and crosslinked with three-dimensional graphene. USE - The composite material is useful in the fields of in energy storage, and catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The method has short production period, low cost, strong repeatability, suitable for large scale preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube crosslinked composite material comprising (a) dissolving ferric nitrate nonahydrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone in the de-ionized water to prepare mixed solution, completely drying and grinding into powder, (b) placing powder in a tubular furnace in an argon-hydrogen mixed atmosphere and heating to 150-300 degrees C at a heating rate of 3-6 degrees C/minute, thermally insulating for 0.5-1.5 hours, then heating to 650-800 degrees C at heating speed of 4-8 degrees C/minute, thermally insulating for 1-2 hours, then heating to 850-950 degrees C at the heating speed of 3-6 degrees C/minute, thermally insulating for 2-5 hours, cooling the tubular furnace to room temperature, collecting the black foam-like product, which is a composite material of crosslinked carbon nanotube nano-iron particles and three-dimensional graphene, and (c) placing composite material of crosslinked carbon nanotube nano-iron particles and three-dimensional graphene in a high temperature furnace, heating to 2500-3500 degrees C at the heating speed of 4-8 degrees C/minute in an argon gas atmosphere, thermally insulating for 3-6 hours, reducing furnace temperature to room temperature, and collecting the product.
