NOVELTY - Color paint comprises primer and topcoat, where the topcoat comprises 20-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide epoxy emulsion, 8-12 pts. wt. nano-silica sol, 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous color paste, 1-2 pts. wt. pentaerythritol tetrakis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate) (antioxidant 1010), 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. thickener, 6-9 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. defoamer and water. USE - As color paint. ADVANTAGE - The color paint is prepared by simple process and economical, realizes the standardized production of color coating plate, and has short processing time, high efficiency, remarkable performance, improved binding force, high hardness, high durability and excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing color paint, involving (a) performing activation treatment on cleaned and dried metal plate surface, (b) applying primer roll to metal plate, and drying at 75 degrees C for 10-15 minutes to obtain primer layer, and (c) applying finish roller to primer layer, and drying at 150 degrees C for 30-40 minutes to obtain topcoat layer to obtain color paint.
