NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-supported composite oxide material with uniform single oxide quantum dots, involves uniformly dispersing graphene in cosolvent, adding metal salt, adsorbing metal ions on surface of graphene, adding dry ice, adding to high-pressure reactor, heating, stirring, obtaining precursor and calcining obtained precursor in an inert atmosphere. USE - Preparation of graphene-supported composite oxide material with uniform single oxide quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene-supported composite oxide material used in catalysis applications, electric applications or magnetic applications (all claimed).
