NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyelectrolyte multilayer self-assembled film involves ultrasonically dispersing 2 polyelectrolyte solutions with positive charge and negative charge in water, immersing a single crystal silicon sheet in an acetone solution, cleaning, drying, immersing in positively charged polyelectrolyte solution, washing, drying, then immersing in negatively charged polyelectrolyte solution, washing, drying, then immersing in dilute solution of graphene oxide, washing, drying, and repeating the above immersion, washing and drying processes. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyelectrolyte multilayer self-assembled film used in protection and lubrication of micro machine. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of graphene oxide/polyelectrolyte multilayer self-assembled film having excellent wear resistance and friction reduction effect. The friction coefficient of the prepared film product is stable at 0.13. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyelectrolyte multilayer self-assembled film involves ultrasonically dispersing 2 polyelectrolyte solutions with positive charge and negative charge in water, immersing a single crystal silicon sheet in an acetone solution, cleaning, drying, subjecting to UV light irradiation for predetermined time, immersing resultant product in the positively charged polyelectrolyte solution for predetermined time (t), taking out from the polyelectrolyte solution, washing with water, drying, then immersing obtained product in negatively charged polyelectrolyte solution for predetermined time (t), taking out from the polyelectrolyte solution, washing with water, drying, again immersing resultant product in positively charged polyelectrolyte solution, washing with water, then immersing in dilute solution of graphene oxide for predetermined time, taking out from the solution, washing, drying, obtaining a single-layer graphene/polyelectrolyte film, and repeating the above immersion, washing and drying processes.
