▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced copper-based complex material comprises (i) spraying suspension containing graphene on copper foil, drying to obtain a copper foil A having multple graphenes on surface, and controlling concentration of multilayer graphene in the copper foil A at 0.2-1.0%, (ii) assembling copper foil A layer, placing in spark plasma sintering (SPS) furnace, sintering under vacuum atmosphere at 800-900 degrees C at 20-25 MPa for 5-10 minutes, cooling to obtain multilayered graphene/copper complex, and (iii) subjecting multilayered graphene/copper complex for multi-pass cold rolling and annealing treatment to obtain a graphene-reinforced copper-based complex material, where pass reduction amount is less than 50%, total reduction amount is more than 90%, and the interpass annealing temperature is 500-600 degrees C and time is 10 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced copper-based complex material.
