▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene gas-sensor (100) comprises a substrate (110) and a sensor (120) that is equipped in one side of the substrate. A detachment unit (150) is provided for oscillating the surface acoustic wave to the configuration for attaching and detaching the gas molecule. The detachment unit is arranged in one side of the sensor. The sensor is made of monolayer graphene or multi layer graphene film. USE - Graphene gas-sensor for detecting gas using surface acoustic wave. ADVANTAGE - The graphene gas-sensor comprises a substrate and a sensor that is equipped in one side of the substrate, and thus enables reducing the power consumption of graphene gas-sensor for improving thermal efficiency of the graphene gas-sensor, and also reducing production cost of the graphene gas-sensor.
