NOVELTY - Preparing multi-layered stacked arrangement of graphene-siloxene nanocomposite involves using metal silicide and graphite as precursor, synthesizing siloxene nanosheets by metal-ion deintercalation of metal silicides, functionalizing siloxene nanosheets by hydrosilylation reaction, preparing graphene oxide from graphite and synthesizing graphene-siloxene composite materials. USE - Method for preparing multi-layered stacked arrangement of graphene-siloxene nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare multi-layered stacked arrangement of graphene-siloxene nanocomposite that has good cyclic performance and reversibility.
